Located in the Cascade Park area of Vancouver, the Vision Center has been taking care of our community’s vision since the 1980’s. We believe that our patients deserve outstanding care and we make every effort to be attentive to your needs while making you feel at ease. Our office is centrally located and accessible by bus.

Dr. Leah Ray
Dr. Leah Ray was born and raised in Seattle, WA. After earning her Bachelor’s Degree in biology at Linfield College, she attended Pacific University College of Optometry. During optometry school, Dr. Ray served as secretary of Amigos Eyecare and had the opportunity to participate in 2 mission trips, performing eyecare to underserved populations in Guatemala and Ecuador.
After earning her Doctorate of Optometry, Dr. Ray completed a residency at the American Lake VA in Lakewood, Washington.
Dr. Ray has practiced at several locations in the Vancouver area. She served as the society president for the local Southwest Society of the Optometric Physicians of Washington from 2012-2015.
Dr. Ray loves meeting and getting to know new people and finding the very best eyecare solutions for each person.
Dr. Ray and her husband have 2 school aged children and they have lived in Vancouver since 2004. In her free time, Leah enjoys running, working with animals, playing volleyball, and puzzles.
Janice - Office administrator
Janice is the clinic administrator at The Vision Center. She has been with The Vision Center over 20 years and combines her experience and knowledge with a warm and caring spirit. Janice delights in spending time with her husband and family. She also enjoys reading, hanging out with her book club, taking long walks and indulging her taste for chocolate.
Lynn - Optician
Lynn is our board certified optician. She has worked in the optical industry since 2009 and uses her knowledge to help you find the best glasses for your lifestyle and vison needs. Lynn loves hiking, kayaking, and spending time with friends and family. She is an avid reader and cat lover.
